- Cousins Westside Development – a 212 acre mixed use master plan located in Alpharetta, Georgia near GA 400 and North Point Regional Mall developed by Cousins Properties and site of Verizon Wireless Encore Amphitheater
- Prepared conceptual master plan
- Alpharetta City Center Project – a 7.5 acre mixed use development in downtown Alpharetta including 162 residential condominium units, 97,000 sf of office, and 80,000 sf of retail.
- Prepared conceptual master plan and RFP development documents for project, worked on development team to identify developer for the project
- Duluth City Center Project – a 2.4 acre mixed use development in downtown Duluth, Georgia.
- Prepared RFP development documents and worked on development team to identify developer for the project
- Alpharetta Historic Village Parking Lot – a 2 acre public/private venture to create additional parking and business locations in downtown Alpharetta
- Worked as liaison to private property owners for the development of the property with cross access easements and the location of additional buildings on the site.
- Victoria Square – a 9 acre high density residential development in downtown Alpharetta by Peachtree Residential
- Prepared conceptual site plan
- The Georgian – a 5.5 acre high density townhome development in downtown Alpharetta, 55 units
- Represented the buyer during the rezoning and entitlement stages of the development project
- Dravins Development – a 2.3 acre high density townhome development in downtown Alpharetta, 23 units
- Represented the buyer during the entitlement stages and obtaining sewer easements
- Eric Liu Investments, Brookwood Retail Center - a 19 acre retail village shopping center on Highway 141 in Forsyth County, Georgia
- Represented the client during the rezoning, public participation, and entitlement stages of the project. Prepared conceptual site plan for the development.
- Old Magnolia Apartments - a 16 unit apartment complex near GA 400 in Alpharetta
- Represented seller of the income property and prepared financial proformas and market research
- The Reese House - an historic building renovation in downtown Crabapple
- Represented owner during the rezoning process
- The Shops at Crabapple – a 12,000 sf retail/office development in downtown Crabapple
- Represented owner during the rezoning process
- Kids R Kids development site – a 2 acre Day Care facility site for development in Cumming, Georgia
- Represented owner during the due diligence period and subsequent development of the site
- Old Milton Booksellers – a children’s bookstore located in downtown Alpharetta
- Represented the owner during renovations of the structure to meet building code and subsequent leasing of the building.
- Butner Road, Atlanta, GA – a 20 acre residential subdivision development
- Represented the owner during the rezoning process and prepared subdivision layout and subsequent sell of the property
- The Oaks Enclave at Jones Bridge– a medium density townhome project in the City of Johns Creek, Georgia
- Prepared site plan, represented owner during the rezoning process, and overseeing development of the project
- City of Lilburn, GA - City Hall – 8000 sf city hall expansion

- Cherokee Town and Country Club – in Roswell, GA, an expansion of existing recreational facilities

- Alpharetta CBD public / private development venture – Joint venture with Coro Realty Advisors, of Atlanta, to build on 2 acres of downtown property, project included construction of ½ mile of new road and 7000 sf of retail and office.
